I completely agree on your issues of bullying. Bullying is a hard experience to go through as i have been through it myself. Bullying can have devastating effects on a individual; feeling of isolation, depression and the feeling to end your own life are some of many issues that people face when being bullied. Teachers have a responsibility to ensure that if bullying is going on in the classroom or playground, procedures are set in place to resolve it. Penalties need to be given to bullies and councillors need to be at hand to help the individuals who have been bullied.
